Live Music Archive - Online
October 5, 2004 12:02 PM

This website, The Live Music Archive, is a pretty amazing site. Recently, they posted their 10,000th live music performance, free for download. But that's just the beginning.

For instance, you can listen to a news conference in 1974 with the writer, William Burroughs, or a speech by John F. Kennedy from 1961, or Amira Baraka from 1994. This site is a treasure trove, always growing, and always serving up mostly "loss-less" sound formats. And all free!
