RAW Story has obtained this document from the Republican National Committee, which outlines ways to discredit Joe Wilson's Niger Uranium story in order to defend Rove's leak.

The fact that Wilson never claimed that Cheney sent him is stated quited clearly in their own talking points, drawn from Wilson's article in the NY Times in July 2003.

Rove leaked. The President said that he would fire the leaker. Let's see what kind of character the president really has.
