Consilience Awareness Concert Series

Sunday, March 21st - VoxPop Cafe, with The Vinson Valega Quartet, as part of the Consilience Awareness Concert Series. 5:00 - 7:30pm. Featuring Chris Bacas on tenor & soprano saxophones, Matt Chertkoff on guitar, Phil Palombi on bass, and Vinson Valega on drums.
1022 Cortelyou Road - Ditmas Park section of Brooklyn, NY. (718) 940-2084. The Q Train to Cortelyou Road is the closest subway stop.

This event continues our "Live Jazz for Social Change" message. Immediately following the quartet's performance we will conduct a panel discussion/interview with Anne Pope, founder and executive director of Sustainable Flatbush, a fantastic local Brooklyn organization committed to mobilizing, educating, and advocating for sustainable living in Brooklyn and beyond.
