Beauty in Music
October 3, 2005 3:28 PM

OK, on a lighter note :).

Steven Ray Liedlich, 38, an orchestra manager, set up this site as a compendium of photographs of professional female musicians.

Don't worry, many of the woman on the site asked to be included, and the ones who weren't happy were taken off.

As Mr. Liedlich said recently, "I had time on my hands. I was unemployed. If there's a way to get a new audience to classical music, it's fine for musicians to dress sexy."

That may be true, but are the listeners taking that next step and actually checking out the music? hmmmm....
