Hank Jones listens and talks about the music
September 2, 2005 4:53 PM

Check out this fantastic article on Hank Jones as he is interviewed by the New York Times' Ben Ratliff. Hank listens to the music of Sarah Vaughan, Count Basie, Charlie Parker, etc., and gives his comments - what he's listening to, his history playing with Bird, etc.

At 87, Hank is still practicing 2-4 hours per day! How's that for inspiration?
