The Supremes Surprise and it's a Win-Win-Win according to the Brits!

The long-anticipated Supreme Court ruling on President Obama's signature legislation, the Affordable Care Act, as expected, created an earthquake across the American political landscape. But the ruling itself - and now the political implications likely to result - was anticipated by almost no one.

In a town noted for being incapable of keeping a secret, the Supreme Court kept this one locked up tight. And due to the nature of the questions asked by the justices during oral arguments, the conventional wisdom developed that the court was going to overturn the law.

And then the decision was announced - at first incorrectly by CNN - and the entire political establishment was left sputtering in shock and surprise.
