If you meet a non-believer of global warming, just tell him or her these simple facts:
CO2 in the atmosphere over the last 600,000 years:
180 ppm during cold times; 280 ppm during hot times.
380 ppm NOW.

Methane in the atmosphere over the last 600,000 years:
1/3 ppm during cold times; 2/3 ppm during hot times.
5/3 ppm NOW.
===========
ppm = parts per million
It would take 200 years for the excess CO2 to go back
down if we stopped now.
Are we too late?
