The grimy details of the occupation are captured in this video, where you see how U.S. troops are dealing and interacting with Iraqis, both civilians and police. It turns out that some of the insurgents are actually Iraqi soldiers, the same ones that we're training so that "we can stand down when they stand up."
It's seeing the details that make you shake your head, realizing how this occupation is just a colossal waste of time, money, and lives. It's so sad, but is only going to get worse.
What a tragedy.
